Before you buy
Why is it cheaper here?
App stores take a cut of every purchase made in the app. Buying here costs us less, so we pass some of that on: every pack on the website is 5% cheaper than the same pack in the app, and you get exactly the same thing.
Is this the same account I play on?
Yes. The shop reads the same account the game uses. If you play in this browser at play.idlevoid.com, the shop picks it up on its own. Anywhere else, sign in with the email on your account.
I play as a guest. Can I use the shop?
A guest who plays in this browser can, because the shop finds the guest account here too. A guest account has no email, though, so it can't be recovered if this browser's data is cleared. Add an email from Settings in the game first. Then your progress and purchases are tied to it, and you can sign in here from any device.
I play on Android. Will it reach my phone?
Yes. Sign in here with the email on your account. Anything you claim or buy goes to that account and appears in the app on its next sync.
Can I play without paying?
Yes, all of it. Purchases only speed things up, and the weekly drop is free for everyone.
Something didn't arrive.
Restart the game so it syncs. If it still isn't there, post in the Discord or email us with the email on your account, and we'll sort it out.
